Everyone is always asking me for meal plans for obtaining that LEAN body. I think the biggest issue is people think that in order to achieve this they need to cut down their calories because after all....they're bad?? NOT if you eating the right things. Heres a list of food items and snacks that you can build into meals.
Lean Pork
Chicken breast
Fish
Tuna
Egg whites
Oatmeal
Bananas
Cottage cheese(depends on fat content)
Steaks(I say these, but be careful how much seasoning you use)
I dont personally every typically eat outside of these food items, so if theres anything else anyone would like to add, please do so.
