Dr. Supplements Mass building sandwhich Recipe

Only eat this sandwhich if your SERIOUS about putting on mass! It's easy to make, and i think it tastes great!

1 can of tuna- drained

1 spoon full of mayonaise

Pinch of salt

3 hard boild eggs(remove yoke) chopped

3/4ths cup of shredded pork/beef/chicken(whichever you prefer)

handful of chopped onions

Directions: Mix everything together in a container, be careful as this recipe is full of massive calories which might result in some serious cardio as your little hand whiddles the spoon in circles. Grab yourself two slices of bread(wheat) and pile that stuff on. You can add cheese if you'd like. Also, tossing it in the microwave if you like it warm.

Eat, and go check the measurements on your biceps...bet your up a half inch!

Theres probably about 500 calories and close to 50grams of protein in one of these puppies. I just ate one with a 8oz steak, sweet potatoe and a bowl of oatmeal
