Welcome to the site, its a pleasure to have you here! I just want to let everyone know that our moderators are here to help you grow and achieve whatever goal it is that you have in the world of bodybuilding. Whether its to drop some weight, add some mass, or get ready for competition, these guys can provide you with very informative knowledge. If you've been around awhile, then we certainly are glad to have you here with the knowledge that you can share as well. Our goal here is to stear members in the right direction in the most professional manner. I just ask that you are respectful to the new guys who are starting out where you once began. I think sometimes its hard to sit back and realize that...hey, i was once asking these same questions. Just remember, these new guys have found a passion in something we all are passionate about on supplement-freak.com and thats bodybuilding/weightlifting. There's no need to put someone down because they dont already know what their doing, or because they've asked a 'stupid' question. Lets help them learn, grow, and hopefully be knowledgable enough to help others experience the wonderful world of bodybuilding.
A few things i'd like to stress for new guys..
Please understand that you must start from the bottom to reach the top. This sounds dumb, but what i mean is that dont walk into the forum after you've decide to start lifting weights and ask about steroids. All you need when you start out is protein, a descent workout program, and the dedication to progress. Steroids are not for the average lifter, they are for individuals who have reached their genetic potential. They have made the decision that the sport is so meaningful to them, that they want to achieve more than their body will allow. Taking steroids in the beginning is a complete waste. Your putting stuff into your body to get bigger, when your fully capable of adding the same amount of size with food and exercise. You will know when you've reached your genetic potential, and trust me its probably after 5-8 years of heavy lifting/bodybuilding. We have to be safe with the things we put in our body, so our anabolic section is there to provide users with the proper knowledge and advice to do so. I hope that you can truly understand the dangers of abusing these drugs under the age of 21. We do not want to put anyone's life or health in jeopardy, so when we say "you should probably reconsider", then you should probably listen to what we are saying.
I hope you enjoy this forum and all that it has to offer. We will continue to grow and bring you more knowledge in the process.
Go to the gym, become a FREAK!
